Cancellations/changes by you

In order to cancel you must contact us by Email: post@sommaroyadventure.no If you wish to change date or activity we will try our best but this can not be guaranteed and our cancellation policies are followed if not.

1. Cancellations can be made until 7 days prior to the start of the tour, with a 100% refund.

2. Cancellations between 7-2 days prior to start of the tour, with a 50% refund.

3. Cancellations less than 1 days before the start of the tour will not be refunded.

Rental services

Upon renting sea kayaks or electric bikes you assume all responsability for your own safety and the rented equipment. For sea kayaking rentals you consent to having a certificate as NPF våttkort, BCU two star or similar certification. You may bring another friend who does not have the certificate provided that you take full responsibility for his/her safety.

Negligent use of the rented equipment may be charged upon you as a customer if it surpasses normal wear and tear.

Refunds

We charge the amount in NKR from your card on the day of the booking. A refunded amount will reflect the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued and not the exact amount you paid in your currency.

Cancellations/changes by us: Sommarøy Adventure AS and our partners reserve the right to cancel the activity at any point for safety reasons. In this event you will be offered an alternative product or date. If you wish to decline this, you will receive a 100% refund.

Sommarøy Adventure AS are not liable for any injuries, disease, losses or damages during or after participating in our tours.

We do recommend a travel insurance to cover the above disclaimers.

Jurisdiction

These booking conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by Norwegian law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with your contract or booking will be dealt with by the local court of Nord-Troms Tingrett in Tromsø, Norway.
